We strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and free to be themselves. When individuals feel good, they perform better. When we support each other as a team, we grow stronger together.
The AIK Way is built on five guiding principles. They define what it means to be part of AIK, both on and off the pitch.
An AIK member always shows respect and humility toward others, regardless of age, nationality, gender, ethnicity, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical and mental ability.
An AIK member actively stands against violence, bullying, racism, drugs, doping, and the use of alcohol during AIK activities.
An AIK member always gives their best in training and matches, supports teammates and other AIK teams, and strives to inspire others with positive energy.
An AIK member acts fairly and respectfully toward teammates, opponents, coaches, parents, and spectators, always representing the club in a positive way.
An AIK member respects referees and other match officials.
